Disk Space Change

I have a Windows 2003 SP1 Server with 6G of free disk space. I'm trying to
install a program that during the installation it checks the free space and
stops the install saying that the program needs 12G of free space and then
aborts.

This program (educational sw) if all packages are downloaded from the
internet will need 12G, but the ones that we will be using will only need 2G
only.

So, my question is, is there a way to trick the Server to make it think
there is more space than there actually is? Is is "6Gig" a value in the
registry that can be changed?

Thanks all.
