disk signature recovery without dumpcfg

Hi ,is there is any way to recover disk signature for cluster disk since my
w2k scsi cluster crash since quorum drive lost so i forcefully remove cluster
using add/remove ,but no use i can't acccess my disk ,i says do u want to
format

Any idea i need to recover data since important
