disk quotas account information

I have 100's of 'account information unavailable' messages
in my disk quota entries on H: drive containing all home
dirs (1300 users in total).

I have just added about 200 new users and deleted around
150, their home folders have also been deleted.

Will the new people be added automatically and will the
deleted people have their quota entries deleted?
