Disk Quota problem

We have Windows 2000 Domain Controllers. In our main GPO we have disabled
disk quotas.

On one of our Windows 2003 member servers, we are getting the following error:

Event Type: Error
Event Source: Userenv
Event Category: None
Event ID: 1085
Date: 05.10.2005
Time: 13:44:29
User: NT AUTHORITY\SYSTEM
Computer: ARCHIVE
Description:
The Group Policy client-side extension Microsoft Disk Quota failed to
execute. Please look for any errors reported earlier by that extension.

For more information, see Help and Support Center at
http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/events.asp.

When I attempt to run RSOP on that server, under the Summary > Component
Status I get the following error:

Microsoft Disk Quota Failed (no data) 05.10.2005 13:44:29
Microsoft Disk Quota failed due to the error listed below.

The system cannot find the file specified.

Additional information may have been logged. Review the Policy Events tab in
the console or the application event log for events between 05.10.2005
13:44:29 and 05.10.2005 13:44:29.

I've reregistered the dskquota.dll file to no avail. Any help would be
greatly appreciated. I think this error is causing problems with our Veritas
backups to disk. It won't let us backup more than 1.3 million bytes.

I don't know the answer offhand but the link below may help in
troubleshooting. I would think that disk quota would be disabled anyhow
unless it had been explicitly enabled which you can check on the drive
properties/disk quota. You also may want to email Veritas about your
problem or see if they have a FAQ at their website that may help. --- Steve
