Windows XP is written in specific language versions, therefore one
cannot change the original language version to another. You'll need
to purchase a "Full Version" of Windows XP in the language version
you desire, reformat your drive and install it "clean".
Or if you have an available empty drive or partition, you can install
another "Full Version" of Windows XP in a different language version
and create a dual-boot configuration.

A good third-party partitioning program is Partition Magic 8.

| The Disk Mgmt app does appear, but the Analyze and Defrag buttons do NOTHING.
| The services for Logical disk mgr are on/started and I did not see any
| dependencies. As a temporary workaround, I installed Diskeeper Lite which
| does work, but the user wants the disk mgmt back working. I have not run
| into this issue before. Thanks.
