Disk imaging software?

Basically I had a blue screen error last week and had to restore my IBM
Thnikpad to the factory contents. Now that I have everything loeaded back the
way I want it, what is the best and simplest disk imaging software?

Of course I was thinking Norton Ghost but I want something where I can 1.
Create an image of the computer (weekly) 2. Preferably onto disc, where if I
have a failure, I can boot to those disks and reinstall the os as it was.
Fast and simple. I also have about 6 or 7 other computers here that I would
also like to image.

The feature that comes with my thinkpad isn't the best. It creates 3 images
and allocates about 35% of my disk space. It's a 2373 T40 if anyone has any
experience with these I would appreciate feedback.

Acronis TrueImage will happily do this, even with an external USB disk
as your storage medium for the image files.

Norton Ghost, Acronis True Image or BootItNG.
