Disk Defrag wont work, MMC?

Hello all,

Was wondering if someone could please help me.

I have just installed XP home and tried to run Disk Defrag. When I do
a box pops up which says (this is from memory can check exact wording
this evening.):

"runtime.dll error stopping application. c:/windows/system32/mmc.exe"

Anyone able to help?
