I just built a new computer, and when I insert the OS CD, it gives me
the error, "Disk Boot Failure, Insert System Disk and Press Enter."
Please help.

Are you sure the BIOS boot order is set for CD first? It sounds like the
system is trying to boot from the hard drive, where there is no operating
system installed yet.

Just to be sure, this is a regular store-bought Windows installation CD,
