Disaster Recovery testing

We run Disaster Recovery testing 2 times a year. The test
involves shutting down segments of our wan so that
information is redirected to our DR site. Are there any
documents detailing how to perform DR testing in an
Active Directory environment? Since the last 2 test, 2
servers have lost DNS functionality. I am receiving the
following error messages:

Event Type: Error
Event Source: NTDS KCC
Event Category: Knowledge Consistency Checker
Event ID: 1311
Date: 1/5/2004
Time: 8:55:23 PM
User: N/A

Event Type: Error
Event Source: NETLOGON
Event Category: None
Event ID: 5774
Date: 1/5/2004
Time: 7:38:35 PM
User: N/A

Event Type: Warning
Event Source: NTDS KCC
Event Category: Knowledge Consistency Checker
Event ID: 1566
Date: 1/5/2004
Time: 8:55:23 PM
User: N/A

Event Source: NtFrs
Event Category: None
Event ID: 13508
Date: 1/5/2004
Time: 1:02:23 AM
User: N/A

Any ideas how I can get DNS to start working again and
replication to happen again?
