Disappearing Status Bar

Marcel van der Meer

Running IE6 on WXP, my status bar disappears if I open a new IE window using
CTRL-N. How can I fix this?

Open such a new window>View>Status bar (check). Close all other windows
first, then close this window whilst depressing SHIFT key.
