Disappearing names in 'Other Calendars' pane

Hello,

I'm using Outlook 2003.

When I check someones name to view their calendar in the 'Other Calendars'
pane, their calendar appears like normal. However, when I have finished
looking at the calendar and then uncheck the calendar of that person, the
name disappears. When I have looked at several people’s calendar, all the
names disappear but the boxes remain.

I've tried detect and repair, but this did not fix the problem.

This is an urgent issue, and would greatly appreciate a response ASAP.

Thank you!

you'll probably need to delete the xml (and lose all shortcuts) to fix it.
You can do this by starting outlook with the /resetnavpane switch.

Diane,

Thanks for your reply.

I did as you said, but it didn't work. I'm wondering if this could be a
graphics card issue... what do you think?
I'm all out of ideas on this one. Has Microsoft made any official
announcements regarding this issue?

Thanks for your help!

If resetting the nav pane doesn't work, it's a corrupt profile. AFAIK, it
has nothing to do with the video card drivers.
