disappearing email

I have been sending email to a person overseas for 3
years. All of a sudden 2 days ago, he can't receive any
of my emails from my Outlook Express to his Outlook
Express. When I email him from hotmail, he gets my email,
and he has had no problem receiving email from anyone
else - only me - and only from Outlook Express.
I'm not on his "blocked senders" list, and I'm not going
into his Spam folder.
Does anyone have even the slightest idea as to what the
problem could possibly be.?

Try posting this in an Outlook Express news group - this is not one of them.
Outlook is a part of Microsoft Office and is what this group supports.
Outlook Express is a part of Internet Explorer and has its own news groups.

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. Due to
the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.

After searching google.groups.com and finding no answer, Jody asked:
