disappearing appointments, only when calendar is shared

I have a client who has a problem where calendar items get deleted for some
reason. this only seams to happen when he shares his calandar with the
assistant. Both a reasured me that the assistant is not deleting the items.
This has never been an issue before but just started about a month ago. If i
remove the calendar sharing everything works great.

I have tried getting the assistant to use another machine, still the same
problem.

Both have O2K, on SBS2003 /w sp2, windows XP SP3. They also have a BES
server but again it only happens when the calendar is shared.

Any ideas? or is there a way for me to find out "who" delete the calender
items? I have been doing alot of searching for an anwser and havn't come up
with much.

Any help would be great I am personally at a dead end with this one.

looking in Deleted Items folder will show the item in the person's folder.
eg if I delete it, it will be in my deleted items folder.

Correct, it is in his deleted items, but he didn't delete the calender item.
He has told me he has seen the items disapear into the deleted items right in
front of his eyes.

When he 1st had this problem i removed all sharing of the calender and
problem sovled, we receintly re-enabled sharing for his assistant and 3 days
the problem is back again so thats what make me think it has to do with
sharing.

Is there anyway to track the delete items or how should i go about trouble
shooting this issue.

Please help!

Thanks

They have a BES server but as there are no other devices being plugged in for
sync. There is a tool bar they use at the office called REapps that sync some
outlook information over the internet.

I will have them disable it and get back to you.

Thanks for the help
