Disappearing Add-ins

I use a couple of third party Add-ins, one of which is MAPI Labs Duplicate
E-mail Remover. Works great.

However, sometimes it just dissappears. I've had the same thing happen with
Stamps.com.

Is there a way to "turn back on" disabled or disappearing Add-ins? I can do
it by rebooting the whole computer, but that's sort a hassle.

Maybe this addin is disabled in your outlook (2003). so please enable this
addin in
the outlook. go to help/About Microsoft Office Outlook/disabled items. if
this addin is disabled htere. just enable it.
if it is outlook 2007
-- help/disabled items , select and enable it
