Disabling "known to be spyware free" auto-approval

I like how Microsoft anti-spyware asks when BHOs, startup
applications, etc. try to install themselves. Sometimes,
I want to run a program, but I don't want it installing
hooks into the shell or running at startup.
Unfortunatly, for "known to be spyware-free" apps, I don't
get this prompt.

Is there any way to disable this "feature"? I don't
really care if it's easier; I want to use the checkpoints
to controll every install, not just the unknown ones.

This is not an uncommon request here. There's another similar message in
this group today.

I don't think it is going to happen, but Microsoft does read the feedback
here--so this is the place to make your wishes known.
