Disabling file sharing over internet

Hello,

Ihara ICS enabled on a Windows 2000 ICS host. I have a Windows 2000
ICS Client and a Windows 98 ICS client. They are connected via a peer
to peer network with file and printer sharing enabled, which I want to
retain for the LAN. How do I "unbind" file and printer sharing from
the three machine's internet connection? Windows 2000's network
connection doesn't seem to have a "binding" feature. And the Windows
98 machine doesn't have ' dial up adapter to unbind.

thanks,
karlo

Configure ICS server only: If the Internet connectoid is a legacy modem, it
has TCP/IP only bound by default; In the case of high-speed connection you
configure the appropriate NIC network components.

You will have two network connections on your ICS hosting
machine - the LAN and the Internet.
Via you Network connection window, right-click on your
internet connection, select properties and clear the File &
Print share tab.
