Disable RAS client logging

Hi, every time one establishs a dialup connection on
win2000 , a logging event ID:20158 is logged in system
logging, whose source is "RemoteAccess". also on
disconnection Event ID:20159 is logged

How can i disable this logging ?
I tried
HKLM/system/CurrentcontrolSet/Services/RemoteAccess/Paramet
ers/LoggingFlags=1
But it seems to disable log for incomming connection !
