Disable Internet Explorer

I have a client with a husband who insists on cruising
porn sites, etc. And I have to clean out the viruses,
trojans, etc every two or 3 months.

Is it possible to create a limited user account for him
and disable access to the Internet in that account?? The
wife will have a password protected Administrator account
to install software, etc.

There are bigger problems in that marriage than the husband cruising porn
sites and you should not become part of the problem by messing with
something he wants to do.

Further, no wife has any right to restrict her husband from doing what he
wants on his/her/their computer.
