Disable IE on 4 Windows 2k workstations

Hi, I need help to create a GPO that will forbid user to surf the website on
4 windows 2K workstations. How can I set up the GPO? I found some solution,
but it is user basis, I need one for computer basis.

Any help will be appreciated. Thanks in advance!

All things you can do with GPO are IMO not . They are all like
placing a doorman on the dancefloor.
This guy has to be in front of the door, not inside ...

Get a proxy like squid and define rules centrally.
