Disable Ctrl+O shortcut

Hi Group,

How can I disable the Ctrl+O keyboard shortcut - I don't want to let the
users get to the open file dialog...
I tried from Tools/Startup... - unchecked all the checkboxes, but Ctrl+O is
still working.
Any ideas ?
