Disable ctrl+alt+del

I want to disable ctrl+alt+del on a windows 2000 server.
What I want is when the user press these keys nothing
should happen. The user should not see the Windows
Security dialogue box from where they can go to task
manager or even shut down the machine.
Prompt help will me much appreciated.

This is not possible, unless you develop a dongle to put between your
keyboard and server.

Well, yeah. But the thing with C-A-D, is that it's tied directly to the
system.

You can disable access to the task manager. You can deny access to shutting
down the machine. I suggest you look into those solutions instead of trying
to disable a system keystroke.
