Disable all prompts when running scripts from intranet through IE

Is it possible to disable warning messages when trying to run scripts through
IE6. The scripts are located on our intranet servers and we use our own DNS.
Through GPO we have some of the users software accessible through IE
favorites but it prompts with a security warning once and then again because
the publisher is unknown. Is there a way to disable these prompts for
intranet paths accessed through UNC? Thanks. We run Server 2003 with WinXP
SP2.

From the clients...

Did you try adding the server (domain) to the trusted sites list?

Did you check the settings under Internet Options, Security, Local intranet,
Sites... & Custom Level... options?
