Disable Address Bar in Explorer and IE

Hi,

I was looking how to use GPO on domain to disable address bar.
I can only any thing else but can not find where to disable address bar in
Windows Explorer and Internet Explorer !

Any one help please ?

I have definetely seen it in user settings in gp. If you find where all the
internet explorer setttings are, it is definetely there. With IE, you can
set about anything with group policy (there are a ton of settings in user
settings).

Can you point exact location ? Perhaps, my eyes were blinking too fast ?
