Spec 512ddram athalon xp2100 1.7 nvidia g force FX 5200
128 mb ram.
I am trying to play age of empires and empires dawn of
the modern world, up to date with dir x 9a.
when playing both games or pinball the games play for 5
or 6 seconds then stops playing then starts upagain,
there is no loss of quality, I cannot seem to sort it
out.Can anyone help me out please?? before my computer
goes out of window.

Sounds like you have something else running that is interfering.
