Digital Software Captions

Anyone know of software that allows me to add a caption to an image and
then email the image with caption intact?

I tried Picassa 2 and will not work.

MS Paint which you already have...
Start / Programs / Accessories / Paint.

IrfanView which is a free download.

version of Jasc PaintShop Photo Album
5. It has lots of options for adding text,
dates, file names, etc...to images. It
also has a great selection of printing
templates.

Try Photo Story 3 I have it on my pc and works fine
