Digital Line (PBX) Error?

I got a funky new error popping up every time I return
from "sleep" mode where the system displays a message
saying "Digital Line (PBX) Error: You must connect your
modem or fax to an analog telephone line".

I don't have the modem plugged into anything, let alone a
PBX.

Any ideas?

I just got the same problem and could not get anything on Microsoft website. Did you managed to find a solution?

Check out this Dell forum page. I encounter this problem after I installed the Logitech mouse driver so this must be the sources of the problem.
