Firstly do NOT post in all caps. It's the usenet equivalent of SHOUTING.
Secondly this is NOT a chat room. Wait for replies, they may take anything
up to a day.

How is a QUESTION a SUGGESTION? Do not click on the "suggestion" function if
you are not making a suggestion!!!!!

So you are still yelling at us? Okay, screamers get ignored. They do
not get more attention.

Go read replies to your *same* post you submitted less than an hour ago.
This is Usenet, not a prattling chat room! And stop posting in all caps
or you will be killfiled.

You have to give people time to get to your question and try to decipher it.
They may have further questions for you before they can start to deal with
it. They may not have seen the issue before or may not be able to duplicate
it so it may take some research as well.

look in tools, trust center, email security - are the boxes checked to sign
or encrypt messages?
when composing a message, click the small arrow in the lower right corner of
the options block - then security options button - are the options checked
to sign or encrypt?
