A troubleshooter is available to help you solve this problem. To
troubleshoot the problem, see the DVD Troubleshooter in Windows Help.

Notes

a.. To play DVDs, you must have a DVD-ROM drive, and a software or
hardware DVD decoder installed on your computer. If you do not have a
compatible DVD decoder installed, DVD-related commands, options, and
controls do not appear in the Player and you cannot play DVDs. By default,
Windows does not include a DVD decoder. For more information about DVD
decoders, see Windows Help.
b.. DVD playback is only available on select versions of Windows.

Welcome to DRM. You just need to get a viewer that by-passes this
protection. VLC is one:

Hey, thanx a bunch. I forgot I'd posted here, & just happened to check this
NG & see what's goin' on. Thanx for responding. I think I d/l-ed a sh**load
of DVD players, as well as the Intervideo WinDVD software that came w/my pc,
so I think I'm ok for now. Thanx again!
