Difficulty with Label print settings

R

Robert Kausen

I am using Word 2000 (9.0.6926 SP-3)and am attempting to
set up a custom label to print on my Epson LQ1500. When I
print a label, the printer prints one label and then
feeds several blanks as though it thinks this is a full
page. Under Custom label I have the following settings:
Dot Matrix, Tractor Feed, Top 0", Side 0.5", Height 2.0",
width 4.1", 1 across, 1 down, Page size 5.1" fanfold.
Actual measurement of the label stock matches the above
except for the fanfold dimension which is 6" with 2
labels per fold--but I found no option to change that. I
have tried printing one label and one page and it makes
no difference. Any suggestions, please. Thanks.
