Difficulty installing Zoo Tycoon and Hoyle Card Games

I have been receiving the following message when attempting to install the
above listed games and am having no luck with determining how to solve the
problem.

I receive the following error message "D:\ Only part ofa ReadProcessMemory
or WriteProcessMemory request was completed"

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I had the same problem, except that I fixed it by *starting* the C
burning service instead of stopping it like others advised me to do.

No idea why suddenly the CD burning software is an issue, but once
started that service (I had stopped it from automatically starting a
boot up to save time, since I rarely needed it anyway), the sofware o
the CD was accessible and I could install it. After I was done, I jus
turned the CD burning service off again.
