Different backrounds - want just 1

Hello.

I have recently upgraded to Windows XP Professional and I
am currently trying to customize it to suit my needs.

I have the Tweak UI tool, and have set it
to "Automatically Logon at Startup". I have
the "welcome" screen disabled.

Anyways, whenever I boot up my computer, I am greeted
with the "Bliss" backround (hills) and then it
automatically logons to my admin account and changes it
to my internet explorer wallpaper. (picture of Finding
Nemo).

My question is, does anyone know how to convert the bliss
screen before I logon to the backround I have after it
logs me on. I want it so that the backround I choose
within my admin account can be seen as one backround at
all times, even before I logon.
