difference between a .dll and .ocx????

..Ocxs are the second generation controls, after .vbx . they are the
CONTROLS which cud be activated in ACtiveX containers like Internet
Explorer.

dlls are set of libraries or classes (may be COM or not) which is to be
used (shared between) in other applications .
