Dictate iHow do I burn a CD by dictating into my PC with my own vo

I would like to dictate into the microphone on my PC's head set and either
(1) burn a concurrent CD that contains my voice dictation, or (2) create an
acoustic file of some kind that I could then burn onto a CD -- so one can
listen to the voice recording on a CD player.
I have the voice recognition software Dragon Naturally Speaking if that
would be useful for this application but I'm stumped on how to use Dragon or
any other software for this purpose.

While this has nothing whatsoever to do with Word, you need a software
application that will capture your microphone output in CD compatible WAVE
format - eg CDWAVE http://www.milosoftware.com/cdwave/. You can then use
your CD burning software to create an audio CD from the resulting file(s).
