When drive is could then maxtor powermax regognizes it as maxtor n40p, ut
when it gets warmer, then my computer wount detect it at all.
Bios also wou?ldn't recognize it correctly or wount regognize at all.
So I'm wondering if i'm able to recover some data from it?

Would changing electronics help? I have another drive which is manufactured
on the same day.

It is very improbable. Usually it is HDA problem. Some reasons are
possible, elementary of which - damage of on disk firmware. Recover
the data the professional can only, and that not everyone.
