Dialup ICS problems

I found a header that might answer my problem on page 6 of
the msg board, but the msg is unavailabe. All messages
after page 5 are unavailabe.

So, here is my problem.
I am attempting to share a dialup connection between 2 Win
XP Pro computers.
The network is configured through a router.
The IP's are configured as such;
Dialup computer, 192.168.0.1
Router, 192.168.0.2
Network computer, 192.168.0.101

All IP's are static.

The newtork is working fine for LAN duties but will not
share the internet connection.
I have tried to run the ICS wizard on the dialup computer
but it fails, saying that an error occured while trying to
configure your computer, change the settings then try
again.
This is very frustrating as it is not telling me why it is
failing or what the conflict is.
I ran the ICS wizard without problems on the network
computer.

I have been able to get the network computer to cause the
ICS to dial the ISP on the dialup computer by setting the
proxy on the network computer for the TCP address and port
settings that are available in the ICS settings page on
the dialup computer.
The network computer cannot browse when the dialup
computer is connected.

Please help, I have worn out several "Bang head here"
targets.

Exactly same problem with my setup too. One more thing I noticed is
when I remove the static IP setting on my network computer, the dialup
ICS server was unable to assign IP to my network computer which it
should I think.

All network references are works as expected BUT it just not sharing
for internet. Can someone with ICS experience shed some tips for
newbie here please.
