Dialogoe box "Save HTML" instead of "Save Web Page" when saving

When I try to save a web page to disk, the dialog box that activates is not
one I am familair with. It is titled "Save HTML" and only offers saving in
HTML or TXT and not in "WEb Page Archive MHT", "Web Page Complete HTM" etc
etc that is available in "Save a Web Page" dilaog

Why is the incorrect dilaogue box activated?
How do I restore the correct dialoge box?

Do you have Outlook Express installed on the affected PC? If OE is removed
it can remove the MHT file type. I believe it is inetcomm.dll that provides
the MHT facility.

I do have OE and inetcomm.dll installed.

It is not just the saving of MHT files that is different, the whole Save As
Dialog box is different to what I am used to. IE calls up a "Save HTML"
Dialog box instead of "Save Web Page".

Any Thoughts on that?
