When did this start, what software and hardware changes were made just
before this happened? What is the malware status of the computer? Do
you scan regularly in safe mode with a combination of programs? What
programs do you use for this purpose? When exactly does this message occur?

Do some clean boot troubleshooting and scan for malware.

I do use Spyware and Adware almost every day and clear my cache every day. I did figure out form the first line of dialog box that it is a McAfee file. I was unable to delete it, but did change the file name slightly and it has eliminated the dialog box. Should I do anything else? Nietzsche

It's great you figured out to what it's related. I don't use McAfee so
I can't advise you about what else, if anything, to do. I recommend
against using Mcafee (or Norton for that matter), particularly their
suite products.
