Dial-up Connection Window

Every time I boot my computer a small window appears titled "Dial-up
Connection."
Since I never go to the internet immediately after booting my computer is
has become a little annoying to 'Cancel' this window every time I boot my
computer.
Is there any way to prevent this window from appearing?

Something you have in startup is trying to get to the Internet. It could
be a legitimate program like an antivirus looking for virus definitions
or another type of program looking for updates. It could be malware.
There is no way to tell from your post.

Make sure the computer is clean:

If the machine is clean, do clean-boot troubleshooting to see what is
starting with Windows:

Check which program is causing this. If it don't have a option or you don't
know which prog is the cause Go to Control Panel > Internet Options >
Connection tab > Choose "Never Dial connection"
