Dial Up connection problem

Recent problem. Each time I boot up the computer the dial
up connection box pops up like I am trying to connect to
the internet. This just started about a week ago and I
have tryed everything to figure out why. HHEEELLLLPPPPP!

Open up your Internet Explorer IE,
- go to Tools / Internet options
- open 'Connections' tab
- make sure 'Never dial a connection' is checked

If that doesn't work Start / Run
type in 'msconfig'
click on 'startup' tab and uncheck the programs that you
want to disable at the startup.
