Dial up box problems?

Hi everybody,
the problem i'm having is that when i turn
my computer on the dial up box appears automatically.If i
don't want to go online i either cancel it or close it
down.The problem is that the box keeps popping up,about 6
times before eventually staying off.
Also another problem i'm having is sometimes
the work offline is ticked in ie6,even though i haven't
ticked it.

could be a program wants out
and can not get out if your user name and password are not
saved.
