DHCP Problems

When I run an "ipconfig/all" it it says "no" next to "DHCP
Enabled." How do I enable DHCP?
I chose to obtain an IP automatically under the network
properties, so DHCP should be enabled when I run ipconfig.
In my router settings, DHCP is also enabled. It's strange because this
is only happening to one computer, while there are 3 wirelessly
connected to the router. It was working fine and for some reason one
day I turned it on and attempted to repair the connection and it was
got stuck at repairing.

This sounds like LSP / Winsock corruption, or maybe a protocol problem.
