How do files on a new replica on a different server move
from the root server to the replica? I have created
replica shares but the remote server does not update with
the root files. This is the first time I have deployed
dfs and it is not working the way I thought. Does anyone
have any insight. Thanks.

Make sure the Replication service is running and that the system account has
full access.
