How do I enable Dfs Replication Policy? Right now it's greyed out and I cannot set it.

If you are asking about enabling Dfs root replication
policy, you will have to create a Dfs root replica first
before you can enable its replication. After the root
replica has been added, you would right click on the Dfs
root, and choose Replication Policy from the pop-up menu.
In the replication Policy window, select each share and
click on Enable. Note that the first shared that's
enabled, will be selected as the Primary (or Master)
share.

Enabling the replication policy of a Dfs link is similar
to Dfs root replication in that you will have to have a
Dfs link replica in order to be able to configuration
replication. After the link replica is added, right-click
the Dfs link, and choose Replication Policy. The rest is
just straight-forward.

Don't forget that it's NOT recommended that you enable replication at the
Dfs Root level (in fact it's positively discoraged). You should enable
replication at the individual link level instead.
