DFS no mapping drive

Hello all,

I would just like to ask the following. I have a startup
script thats working almost perfectly (this script is
being applied via a GPO). It is mapping the network
drives except for the DFS volume (it is asking me for a
password). Anyone know why?? I have this test GPO
applying only to an OU_test where my computer is in.

Any ideas???

Hello, do you map by

\\domain.xxx\DFSroot

or

\\server\DFSRoot

Im mapping \\domain\dfsroot\share.

Any ideas??

Try map by \\server\DFSroot\share and se if you got same problem?

Lo Chris,

On the share I had to give the grupo domain computers at
least read permissions. It is now working. Thanks a
million for you help anyway.
