Device driver preventing hibernation

Laptop won't hibernate or eject from docking station
properly citing: device driver for Standard 101/102-Key
or Microsoft Natural PS/2 Keyboard device is preventing
the machine from entering hibernation. Are there any
updated drivers that will correct this problem?

I have the same problem. Isn't it lovely that Microsoft can't even build a reseaonable upgrade without bugs and the need to CHARGE for answering problems such as this. I've been looking for the answer for several months. I have not found a driver on the Microsoft website that is specified as the error message outlines.
