Develop Access application for PC Tablet with handwriting ability

I am exploring the development of an access application on a pc tablet. One of my requirements is that the user can use pen-based handwriting and subsequently convert the handwriting to text. Does anyone know how I can go about this using access

Thanks, Mike

My understanding of this (based on a brief demo a few months ago) is that
the Tablet PC version of WinXP provides the handwriting capability. It is
not dependent on the application being used.

When the cursor is in the field you want to enter data in (where you would
ordinarily use the keyboard), you invoke the handwriting feature of the OS
which causes a pop-up area on the screen to appear. You "write" your entry
and then press an "OK" button which causes XP to convert the writing to
normal text and then insert it into the original application field.

As such, any Access application should be able to use the handwriting
feature provided it is run on a tablet PC with the tablet version of WinXP.
