Determining actual daylight saving time / date in use

How do I find out what the actual daylight saving time and date being is for
my PC? I've ticked the appropriate box in the date and time setup to allow
automatic adjustment for daylight saving but can't find out what the date
actually is.
Anyone know how to get access to the information easily?
Thanks.

Hi Anando [MS-MVP],
Thanks, that's fine.
I'm surprised that it doesn't appear to be user accessible/displayable
anywhere within XP itself even though it must have it configured somewhere.

The current date and time show up in the lower right hand corner of your
desktop in the notification area.
