detecting which applications have installed hooks

Hi,

I need to create an application to detect the spying applications. Most
spying application used windows hooks to capture the inputs. Can anyone of
you kindly suggest some way how to detect which applications have installed
hooks and they are spying? In other word i need tips and tricks how to
detect spying applications.
