detect & repair aren't fixing problem

Whenever I send an email, I get this error: The add-in
C/Windows/System32/fxsext32.dll could not be installed or loaded. Problem may
be fixed using detect&repair. This happens every time I send an email. Can
anyone help?

This is from WinFax Pro. Uninstall it and then reinstall it again and see if
the error goes away now.

I am not very computer literate, so, um what is WinFax Pro and how do I
uninstal and reinstall?
