Desperately need help

Due to the technical difficulty with an obnoxious teen,
this is what happened.

Admin account had full Administrator rights
Secondary account had limited rights
Teen played with passwords and set Secondary acct to
limited access. Therefore we don't know what Admin
password is and Secondary user acct has limited rights so
I am unable to access and update the Admin acct . How
can I get to the User accoutn for Admin to reset
password.

Do you have a backup admin account? If not, is the machine in a domain? If
so, log in as a domain admin. Domain admins will have local admin privs by
defult. Also, don't give out administrator passwords in the future. This
is why passwords exist.
